General Information

Les Issambres

  • Rental is weekly from Saturday to Saturday, check in is between 16:00 and 18:00 pm, check out before 10.00 am.
  • Out of high season (October to April), we are delighted to adapt your arrival and departure dates to your wishes.
  • We offer special prices for autumn and winter or long-term lease.
  • A deposit in the amount of 25% of the total price is due upon reservation; the remaining 75% are due 8 weeks before the planned arrival, payable through bank transfer.
  • We welcome your pets on request.

Apartment "Rose du Sud" Villa Cap Sud

Prices are subject to the number of persons, the length of stay and the season.We offer special rebates for rentals with 2 persons only. Please do not hesitate to contact us to get details!

Price is from 950 Euro to 1800 Euro per week.

Security bond/safety deposit is set 600 Euro, to be paid in cash on arrival. Deposit can also be paid through wire/bank transfer; credited to our account 1 week before your arrival. We are sorry not being able to hand out keys if the deposit has not been paid.

Rental for apartment "Rose du Sud" at Villa Cap Sud includes:

  • Apartment starter set
  • Wifi / WLAN Internet access FREE OF CHARGE
    Laptop NOT provided
  • Water and electricity 50 Euro / week (read on meter at check in and check out, on top consumption payable before departure in cash)
  • Gas bbq and gasbottle
  • Final cleaning
  • Linen
  • Big and small shower- / bath towels (not to be used for pool and beach !)
  • Pool care (01.05. - 15.10.)
  • Fresh cotton cover sheets for sun beds and outside seating

Additional services:

  • Char lady 15 Euro / hour
  • Baby equipment 35 Euro / week
    (wooden cot with fresh linen, high chair, changing table, cradle)
  • Pets 50 Euro / week on request
  • Heating (seasonal): 50 Euro / week

General Conditions

Your reservation is only accepted and confirmed upon receipt of the rental contract and if your deposit was paid as quickly as possible.
Payments are to be made in cash or through bank transfer in euro only. Banking details will be given upon receipt of your written booking (e-mail, fax and phone).
